Block Spam in HubSpot

Block spam in HubSpot by setting a Spam threshold. Messages scoring at or above the threshold are blocked automatically—no keyword maintenance.

What Gets Blocked

  • Unsolicited sales and guest-post pitches
  • List-broker and SEO outreach
  • Bot and form spam

In the App

Adjust threshold on Settings → Scoring (1–100). Review blocked mail and Reasoning on Overview.
