What Is the Spam Threshold?
The Spam threshold is a number from 1 to 100 on the Scoring tab. Each incoming message receives an AI-generated spam score. If the score is at or above your threshold, the message is treated as spam.
The default threshold is 70. Lower values catch more messages; higher values are more permissive. Adjust based on your volume and false-positive tolerance.
