Choose Which Inboxes to Analyze

Control which HubSpot shared inboxes Inbox Spam Filter monitors.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Scoring.
  2. Open the Inboxes to analyze dropdown.
  3. Select one or more shared inboxes (e.g. CSM Inbox).
  4. Leave the field empty to analyze all connected inboxes.
  5. Click Save.

This is useful when only certain team inboxes receive high spam volume.
