Review Filtered Spam on the Dashboard
The Overview tab shows every message flagged as spam with full transparency.
Steps
- Open Inbox Spam Filter in HubSpot and stay on Overview.
- Use Search to filter by email address or subject.
- Review columns: Contact, Subject, Status, Created, Score, Reasoning.
- Click the external link on a subject to open the conversation in HubSpot.
- Click Refresh to load the latest entries.
The Reasoning column explains why Gemini AI classified each message as spam.
