Review Filtered Spam on the Dashboard

The Overview tab shows every message flagged as spam with full transparency.

Steps

  1. Open Inbox Spam Filter in HubSpot and stay on Overview.
  2. Use Search to filter by email address or subject.
  3. Review columns: Contact, Subject, Status, Created, Score, Reasoning.
  4. Click the external link on a subject to open the conversation in HubSpot.
  5. Click Refresh to load the latest entries.

The Reasoning column explains why Gemini AI classified each message as spam.
