Which Plan Includes Custom Rules?

Starter ($0/mo, up to 500 emails/month): shared inbox filtering and email/AI support. No custom rules or strip-email privacy.

Basic ($25/mo, 1,001–5,000 emails): adds custom rules, chat support, and strip email addresses (metadata + body).

Pro ($50/mo, 5,001–20,000 emails): adds full strip email addresses and higher volume.

Process emails from new contacts only is a Basic+ feature on the Scoring tab.
