Enable Strip Email Addresses for AI Evaluation

Remove email addresses from message content before it is sent to the AI model. Stored HubSpot records are not changed.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Scoring.
  2. Toggle Strip email addresses for AI evaluation to ON.
  3. Click Save.

Plan differences

  • Starter: feature not available
  • Basic: strips from metadata and body/subject only
  • Pro: full stripping
