Configure the Spam Threshold
Set how sensitive Inbox Spam Filter is by adjusting the Spam threshold on the Scoring tab.
Prerequisites
- Inbox Spam Filter installed as a connected app in HubSpot
- Admin or settings access for the portal
Steps
- In HubSpot, open Connected Apps and select Inbox Spam Filter.
- Go to Settings → Scoring.
- Find Spam threshold and enter a value from 1 to 100 (default is 70).
- Messages with an AI score at or above this value are treated as spam.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Tips
- Lower the threshold to catch more borderline spam; raise it if legitimate messages are being flagged.
- Review the dashboard scores and reasoning after changing the threshold.
