What Are Portal-Level Shared Settings?
Inbox Spam Filter applies one configuration per HubSpot portal. Scoring rules, threshold, whitelist, custom AI instructions, notification recipients, and billing apply to the entire account—not per user.
Any admin with access to the connected app can update settings under Settings (Scoring, Notifications, Billing). All shared inboxes on the portal use the same rules unless you limit Inboxes to analyze.
