The User-Received Communication widget visually tracks and numerically quantifies changes in communication volume over time. For each channel (email, chat, docs, meetings), it displays trend lines and percentage changes compared to the prior selected period. This feature enables users to easily observe and analyze shifts, growth, or reduction in an employee's incoming communication patterns.
